So it also happened to be National Naked Hiking Day or something along those lines. I had heard about it all over social media but didn’t really expect to see someone au natural, except for this brave, lone male hiker. Aside from that unexpected sighting, this remains one of my favorites scenery-wise. I love that long stretch of flatlands by the manzanita trees. We were a large group of 12 women, so that also made for a fun day reaching the summit in batches of four.
