We had a late start due to our GPS, and on top of that, we couldn’t find the trailhead! The weather was perfect! The trail was gorgeous all the way up. My favorite part was going thru the beautiful manzanita trees. The last leg of the hike was tough but worth the effort. The views were spectacular!! It was great to have some quality time with my best friend. It was her first big day hike and her determination get to the top made me so proud!
