Mount Wilson, was long, hot, but didn’t feel difficult. Definitely didn’t appreciate encountering the super aggressive and ruthless bugs on the trail. The bugs were so bad I had to stop taking breaks and told my group I would need to keep moving forward. (The bugs would only bite me while I was stopped). Luckily for me my group was very understanding of this and they allowed me to keep a faster pace. Felt very proud of myself for making it to the top but was not super impressed with the actual peak itself. Going downhill felt like a never ending saga but I am sure it was due to the heat. Learned a lot from our hiking leader that day and I had so much fun with the group I was with!
