Winter Hikes in So Cal

Hi - Thanks Jeff for an awesome and informative site! We started a hiking group in March and are ready to do our 2016 calendar for our 25+ - could you provide suggestions for us for Jan/Feb hikes. we were Idyllwild over the weekend and though there was a bit of snow the weather was perfect. :) we are scattered and meet anywhere in So Cal.
