I plan on camping at Columbine campground Aug 25 and 26th and wonder if there is any water available in the area?

I just hiked last week from angelus oaks fire station to San Bernardino East Peak and there was a small stream but I did not go to camp site.

I’m also going up this weekend (Limber Pines Bench camp) and have the same question. Anyone been up to the campgrounds lately?

Ryan, I also posted on a FB hiker group and was told the following:
“Yes, Day hiked it Sunday and backpacked it earlier in July. Plenty of water at the stream that’s half of a mile up from the trail from Limber Pine Campground. It was flowing just as good as it was in early July.”
Hope this helps and perhaps I’ll see you at the summit.

Hiked SB Peak on Sunday 8/13. As mentioned, small stream flowing above Limber Pines Bench. Filtered (Sawyer Squeeze) 2 liters of cool spring water on the way back down. Enjoy your hike!
