Unable to Login to Sign-Up for 2018

Hi Jeff, I get an error that username/password do not match. Trying to use my existing account 'dvalino' or 'dvalino@hotmail.com' but unable with my existing password. I am able to login to my profile with no issues. Are others experiencing this same issue? Thank you and Happy New Year! Dave
