Hi, was wondering if anyone has gone up to San Jacinto peak from Idllwyld via the Deer Springs trail and might know of any water on the Mountain. I am not adverse to hiking a bit off trail to find it. My plan is to go up via Deer Springs but down towards Wellmans Divide then back down via the PCT to Deer Springs again. There was a Spring in Round Valley a few miles away from Wellmans and I heard there are seeps in Little Round Valley and along the Deer Creek but this is pretty late and I don’t know if they are dry.
