Overnight Hike in Mammoth Lakes/ June Loop area

Hello all Socalhikers out there, I would like to take a nice overnight hike in the Mammoth Lakes area and camp at a lake for one night. Want to walk in about 4 to 5 hours max and same out. What is best spot to have a hike?!! Can walk on harder trails but prefer a reasonable forested walk with nice surroundingsa and maybe a little flyfishing at the lake end of the stay.
