Hello Challengers!
This falls in the “it doesn’t hurt to ask” category … Does anyone have a couple empty spots on a Whitney permit for single day summit ? I have done 3 of 6 peaks so far, Wilson next week. I hiked Santiago Peak yesterday, solo. Have time to train during the week to more aggressively prepare if timing works out. My two remaining peaks are part of groups, so may potentially finish challenge after Whitney depending on timing. My hiking partner finishes the 6 peaks tomorrow and backpacked Whitney last month (now wants to do it in a day hike). We are keeping an eye on the permit availability every day, but I thought I would throw it out to the community.
