Thursday, August 28-Fly to Sacramento, Mom drives me up to White Wolf Inn.
Friday start out of Tuolumne. Resupply at VVR 5 days out (Sept 2). 7 days later resupply and spend the night at Parcher’s Resort (Sept 9th). Moonlight scramble up to Whitney 20 days out (17th). exit out at Cresent Meadows, Sequoia 10 days out from Parcher’s Saturday, the 20th. Dad standing by with cold beer. Fly out Bakersfield 21st, Sunday. 23 days of bliss for a 55 year old (fit) man. I’m looking so forward to it.
