Finding members

Several of my friends have already registered and set up their profiles. We have tried to search for each other different ways via typing user name, first name and last name together, first name and last name initials, etc. However, the search still shows that we are not in the system, so when each of us tries to search for each other. Therefore, we cannot follow each other. How can we find each other without going through the whole member directory?

Shoot! I overlooked your post, Jenna! Sooooo sorry!

When you search, make sure you’re using the Member Search form and not the general site search.

If you can’t find them, try filling in just their first name and leave the last name blank. You’ll get more results depending on how common their name is, but it’ll be easier than looking through the whole directory.

If that doesn’t work, let me know who you’re looking for. There’s always the possibility that there’s a problem with our search that needs some IT attention. 🙂
