Adventure Pass

Has anyone else in the LA area had trouble tracking down the annual Adventure Pass? I've called several places and they all seem to be sold out. I'm not sure if it's just because it's the first of the year, or it has to do with all the problems they seem to be having with the pass system anyways. I've read a bunch of articles about a class action lawsuit and changes in the pass system. Thanks!
